Introducing the 150+ in 30: Team Mileage Challenge! Grab a partner (or build a small crew) and commit to moving 150+ miles together in 30 days. Walk, jog, or run your way to the finish line—just stay consistent and support each other along the way. Want to add more teammates? Every extra member adds 75 miles to your team’s total goal. Prefer to cycle? No problem—just multiply your mileage by 3 to keep things fair. Whether you're pounding pavement or hitting the treadmill, every mile counts. Track your progress, stay accountable, and crush your team goal. Challenge runs April 1–30. Let’s move more—together.
The Mileage Program is a 30 day training plan designed to help you and you build consistency, endurance, and daily movement habits. Each week includes prescribed daily mileage goals, dynamic warm-up routines, and optional cooldowns—all structured to support your recovery and performance. All mileage sessions are flexible to fit your schedule and can be completed outdoors or on a treadmill.
Each week of the 150+ in 30 Challenge includes two key check-ins: one at the start of the week to help you set your focus and review your mileage goals, and another at the end of the week to reflect, celebrate progress, and reset for what’s next. These weekly touchpoints are designed to keep you accountable and motivated throughout the entire 30 days. Plus, you’ll have direct access to Kimble inside the LIVEFIT Systems App for real-time support, encouragement, and guidance whenever you need it.
The challenge leaderboard is your team’s chance to shine and see how you stack up! Updated weekly, the leaderboard will showcase total miles completed, average miles per team member, and your team name front and center. Whether you're leading the pack or making a late push, the leaderboard brings a fun, competitive edge to the challenge and keeps the momentum high. It’s not just about being first—it’s about showing up, pushing your limits, and watching your team’s progress climb week after week.
Receive hydration and electrolyte guidance to help support energy, recovery, and performance. You’ll learn how to stay properly hydrated throughout the day, how to prep for longer walks or runs, and when to incorporate electrolyte supplements to replace what you lose through sweat. Simple tips, product suggestions, and hydration reminders will be included to help you stay consistent and feel your best from day one to day thirty.
Receive simple, actionable whole food nutrition guidance to fuel their movement and support recovery. You’ll learn how to build balanced meals using real, nutrient-dense foods that promote energy, reduce inflammation, and keep you going strong throughout the 30 days. Expect tips on pre- and post-walk/run meals, snack ideas, and how to use food as fuel—not just calories. No strict diets—just practical nutrition to help you feel your best.
Receive optional supplementation guidance to help support recovery, energy, and overall performance. You’ll learn which supplements can help you stay consistent—like protein powder, electrolytes, collagen, and omega-3s—and how to use them to complement your training. While food always comes first, these simple additions can make a big difference in how you feel during the challenge. Supplement smart, stay fueled, and keep moving strong.
All finishers of the 150+ in 30 Challenge will earn an exclusive LIVEFIT Finisher Medal as a symbol of their commitment, consistency, and teamwork. Whether you crush the leaderboard or steadily chip away at your miles, this medal represents the effort you put in and the goal you conquered—together.
The team that logs the most total miles by the end of the 150+ in 30 Challenge will take home the ultimate bragging rights—custom 1st Place Trophies for each team member.
